International Dialogue and Cooperation at KPU’s First Staff Week
From 20–25 October 2025, Kujawy and Pomorze University proudly hosted its 1st International Staff Week as part of the One World – Many Cultures Congress.
The event created an opportunity for academic exchange, intercultural dialogue and the development of international cooperation between representatives of the higher education community.
International cooperation at KPU
The 1st International Staff Week marked an important step in strengthening the international dimension of Kujawy and Pomorze University. It brought together people interested in building academic partnerships, sharing professional experience and developing future cooperation.
One World – Many Cultures
Organised as part of the One World – Many Cultures Congress, the Staff Week highlighted the importance of openness, dialogue and cooperation in modern higher education.
The programme provided space for meetings, discussions and cultural exchange, supporting both institutional development and personal connections between participants.
A meaningful beginning
The first edition of International Staff Week at KPU became a valuable foundation for future international initiatives. It confirmed the university’s commitment to academic mobility, international partnerships and the development of a welcoming environment for cooperation across cultures.
