About the programme

Master studies for future translators and intercultural communication specialists

The English, Cultural Translation programme at Kujawy and Pomorze University in Bydgoszcz is designed for candidates who want to develop advanced translation skills, linguistic competence and cultural awareness.

 

The programme combines English language development with knowledge of culture, intercultural communication and translation practice. Students work with cultural texts, specialist vocabulary, translation strategies and modern tools supporting the translator’s work, including CAT tools and AI-based solutions.

 

Graduates can use their competencies in translation agencies, cultural and educational institutions, publishing, media, international organisations, business communication, marketing, tourism and other areas where language and cultural mediation are important.
