A Week of Networking, Learning and International Cooperation
Kujawy and Pomorze University in Bydgoszcz is pleased to invite academic and administrative staff from higher education institutions around the world to participate in the III International Staff Week, which will take place from 19 to 24 October 2026 in Bydgoszcz, Poland.
Join us for a dynamic week of workshops, conferences, guided tours, networking opportunities, and much more! The programme will provide an excellent opportunity to exchange experiences, strengthen international cooperation, share best practices, and build new professional networks in an international and multicultural environment.
We can accept small groups of participants from each university. Both teaching and training mobilities are welcome.
Participation Fee
Participation is free of charge. Attendees are expected to receive an Erasmus+ grant from their home institution to cover travel and accommodation expenses.

Important Information
Please note that this is the first registration form for the KPU International Staff Week. Once the final programme is published, participants will be asked to complete a second form to confirm their participation in selected activities that require prior booking.
Completing both forms will be necessary to secure your place at the event.
