Our Students Take Part in the BIP “Sustainable Leadership: Leading Change in a Technologically Transforming World of AI” in Ostrava

Between 31 August and 4 September 2026, two students of Kujawy and Pomorze University joined the Blended Intensive Programme at VSB Technical University of Ostrava, exploring how leadership evolves in a world increasingly shaped by artificial intelligence.

The programme brought together students from several European universities, creating a space where ideas, perspectives and practical solutions met. Throughout the week, our participants worked in international teams, tackled real organisational challenges and tested how AI‑driven tools influence leadership and decision‑making.

Their participation led to several meaningful outcomes:

clearer understanding of sustainable leadership, grounded in real case studies and cross‑disciplinary discussions,

ability to assess AI tools from the perspective of organisational impact and responsible use,

experience in international teamwork, including developing project proposals for leadership models in selected institutions,

stronger communication and collaboration skills, shaped by daily work in diverse groups,

broader view of European approaches to sustainability, innovation and organisational change.

The combination of lectures, workshops, study visits and project work made the programme both intensive and practical. For our students, the BIP in Ostrava was an opportunity to connect theory with real challenges and to see how leadership is redefined in technologically transforming environments.
