A Week of Networking, Knowledge Sharing and International Partnership at KPU
Kujawy and Pomorze University hosted its 2nd International Staff Week on 23–27 March 2026, bringing together representatives of partner institutions from across Europe.
The event was organised as part of Erasmus+ activities and created space for professional exchange, international networking, cultural dialogue and the development of long-term academic cooperation.
International guests at KPU
During the Staff Week, KPU welcomed participants from several partner institutions, including:
- College of Law, Latvia,
- Institute of Technology and Business, Czech Republic,
- Lietuvos Inžinerijos Kolegija, Lithuania,
- Kauno kolegija, Alytus Faculty, Lithuania.
The university also welcomed Erasmus+ trainee Dandy Fidel Egharevba from Daugavpils University in Latvia.
A week of cooperation and inspiration
The programme combined academic meetings, exchange of professional experience and opportunities to learn more about the university, the city of Bydgoszcz and Polish culture.
Staff Week participants had the opportunity to share perspectives, discuss good practices and strengthen cooperation between KPU and its international partners.
Building stronger academic partnerships
The 2nd International Staff Week confirmed the importance of direct meetings and international mobility in higher education. Events of this kind help build trust, develop future projects and support the internationalisation of Kujawy and Pomorze University.
