About the programme

Erasmus+ mobility for university staff

Staff Mobility under the Erasmus+ Programme supports international experience, academic cooperation and professional development for university employees. At Kujawy and Pomorze University in Bydgoszcz, mobility may be available for academic teachers and non-academic staff, depending on current recruitment rules, partner institutions and available funding.

 

Academic teachers may apply for mobility related to teaching or training. Non-academic staff may apply for training mobility at partner institutions abroad. The final qualification depends on formal eligibility, the submitted mobility programme and the current Erasmus+ recruitment process.

Current dates, available places and partner institutions should be confirmed with the International Cooperation Office.

Eligibility

Who can apply?

Staff Mobility is intended for university employees who meet the formal requirements and prepare a mobility programme agreed with a foreign partner institution.

Academic teachers may apply if they are formally connected with
KPU through an employment contract or civil-law agreement.

Non-academic employees may apply if they are formally
connected with KPU through an employment contract or civil-law agreement.
Partner institution

HOW TO APPLY

How staff mobility recruitment works

The recruitment process is based on formal eligibility, required documents and the assessment of the proposed teaching or training programme.

Check current recruitment information

Review the current mobility call, available places, eligible destinations and partner institutions.

Choose the mobility type

Academic teachers choose teaching or training mobility. Non-academic staff apply for training mobility.

Prepare the required documents

Submit the application form and the relevant Mobility Agreement or Training Mobility Agreement.

Programme assessment

The proposed teaching or training programme is assessed, including its objectives, schedule and expected outcomes.

Qualification decision

Candidates are informed about the qualification result. If the decision is negative, the source rules mention the possibility of requesting reconsideration within 7 days.

Application

Funding and financial support

Individual support

Staff mobility funding may include individual support calculated according to the applicable Erasmus+ rates for a given academic year.

Travel support

Travel support may be calculated as a lump sum based on distance and current Erasmus+ funding rules.

Green travel and additional support

Participants may be able to apply for green travel support. Persons with documented disabilities may apply for additional funds under Erasmus+ rules.
